We tried to base the design on a number of influences, we wanted something that was clean and simple like the apple stores website. It features numerous gradients and changes the look of 2.3.1 quite considerably, however at the same time it doesn't modify too many of the core files. Currently its only available for download at the oscommerce website however a preview can be seen on our website here:
